We Are Moving - Revised Date

In order to provide a more efficient and functional Customer Support Experience, we are migrating to a new system for managing customer support cases (revised - now beginning on Friday, March 2nd at 3PM MST), at which time the current site login will be disabled. During this migration process, the system will continue to accept email updates to new and existing cases, and we will be putting forth our best effort to ensure that the transition is as seamless as possible. Our goal is to minimize the impact on service to our customers, however we do recognize that some disruption to the system may occur. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
