The Matrikon OPC Support department is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

You can contact us by creating a ticket online via few easy steps:

  1. Login to the Portal by clicking here
  2. Click "Submit a Ticket"
  3. Please provide the following information: License Activation, Transaction Number, or Computer Name where the MatrikonOPC product is installed
  4. Fill in the short form by providing a description of the issue and we will get in touch with you shortly.

If you already have a ticket with us, you can check the status of your ticket by logging in to the same portal. You can post comments in your tickets and reply all via the portal.
